Note: If you have already setup an account on our domain management system you can use that username and password to log into the "Domain Manager" and renew your domain names.

Keeping your existing domain name registrar:

If you would like to keep your original registrar then you will have to edit your domain records manually in order to utilize our web hosting services. Here's how:

Edit Domain Name Servers:

The process of editing DNS for your domain mame depends on the registrar with whom you registered your domain name.*
If you registered your domain name with Network Solutions (and you were not given a password by Network Solutions) we will initiate your domain transfer when you fill out our online hosting order form.
If you registered your domain name with another registrar, or you were given a password from Network Solutions, then you will need to update your domain name records to point to our name servers.
In order to edit your domain's DNS at other registrars such as Register.com and Tucows.com, you will need to login to their system using the username and password they assigned you.
Once you login, you will come across a link that allows you to change your nameserver information. In that section, please update your nameserver information to the following:

Once your modifications have been submitted, it will take 24-48 hours before your new information will be visible on the Internet. This 24-48 hour delay is due to zone file propagation.

The zone files, which update the Internet, are not transferred instantaneously. They take at least 24 hours to upload to the Main Root Servers which, in turn, spread information throughout the Internet. This can create delays of up to 48 hours before changes are visible in our WHOIS database.
